numeric buttons
Use these buttons to key in track numbers, password, preset
channels, etc.

SETUP
Use this button to display the SETUP menu.

RESET
Use this button to reset the volume, tone control and channel
level to the factory defaults.

REPEAT, A-B
These buttons are used for repeat playback.

SCAN/PRESET (m/,)
In DVD mode, use these buttons for scanning.
In TUNER mode, use these buttons to select a preset channel.

FM MODE/STEP
In DVD mode, this button is used for single stepping playback.
In TUNER mode, use this button to select stereo or monaural.

MEMORY/SLOW
In DVD mode, this button is used for slow-motion playback.
In TUNER mode, use this button to store preset channels into
memory.

Use this button to display the title menu of DVD.

DISPLAY
Use this button to display the disc's information during
playback.

PAL/NTSC
Use this button to select PAL, NTSC or MULTI temporarily to
match your TV.

MUTING
Use this button to mute the sound.

MONO/STEREO
Use this button to select an audio channel.

ZOOM
Use this button to zoom the picture.

GO TO
Use this button to activate the title, chapter or time select
mode.

AUDIO
Use this button to select an audio language.

SLEEP
Use this button to set sleep timer.

LISTENING
Use this button to select a listening mode.

DOLBY PL II MODE
Use this button to change the Dolby Pro Logic II mode.

PROGRAM
Used for programmed playback.

TOP MENU/PBC
Use this button to display the title menu of DVD.
When a VCD(version 2.0) is loaded, use this button to turn the
PBC function on or off.
During PBC playback, use this button to display a menu.

ENTER, DIRECTION
Use these buttons to select an item in a menu.

RETURN
Use this button to return to the previously displayed menu
screen.

EEPS
The EEPS button offers rock, pop, jazz and classic modes to
enhance your listening.

SUBTITLE
Use this button to select a subtitle language.

ANGLE
During playback of DVD recorded with multiple angles, this
button is used to change the angle.
