Note: Installation, maintenance and repairs must be carried out only by qualified technicians. In the table above solutions to
possible problems are described (solutions followed by * must only be carried out by qualified technicians).
Problem
Appliance does not ignite and control
panel is disconnected.
Appliance is blocked.
Appliance does not ignite at startup.
There is a spark but the burner does not
light and the appliance is blocked.
The appliance only lights after several
attempts.
In operation, the burner shut-down and
the appliance blocks.
The appliance is working but red led is
blinking.

Cause
Lack of electrical feed.
Control box damaged or fuse blown.
Heat sensors improperly connected.
Improperly connected:
water flow sensor
temperature regulator
pressostat
Lack of signal from ionization electrode.
Air in the gas pipe.
Pressostat activated.
Heat sensor improperly installed.
Heat sensor detects overheating.
Heat sensors improperly connected.
Inlet gas pressure decreasing.
Solution
Check if the feed is live.
Replace fuse or control box (see chapter
9.3).*
Check connections (see breakdown
diagnosis).
Check connections.
See breakdown diagnosis.
Check:
gas inlet.
ignition system (ionization electrode
and electro valves)
Purge the gas pipe. *
Check exhaust gas exit.
Remove dirt or any impediment to correct
extraction.
Check the pressostat connections.
Check installation.
Cool appliance and retry.
Check heat sensors connectors.
Check inlet gas pressure.
