The following settings can be adjusted in iPod/USB Settings:

Setting The USB Skip Function
During searching, you can skip over designated folders/files by pressing and holding Rewind

Forward for at least 2 seconds. For example, if you select 10File in the searching mode, by
pressing and holding Rewind

current folder/file. If the folders/files searched are less than the assigned skipped-over ones,
pressing and holding Rewind

The unit allows you to search for the iPod/iPhone using nine different search modes.
1. Turn the Rotary encoder to select either Playlists,Artists,Artists,Albums,Audiobooks, Podcasts,
Genres, Composers, Songs, or Genius Mixes, and press
2. Turn the Rotary encoder to select either OFF or ON.
3. Press and hold AUDIO/SETUP for at least 2 seconds to return to normal mode.
NOTE:
• When the search mode is in Playlists/Artists/Albums/Podcasts/Genres/ Songs/Genius Mixes,
the initial setting is On, and when the search mode is in Audiobooks/Composers, the initial
setting is Off.
