You can customize the settings on your phone using the Programming Menu.
Press n until you see "Prgm" on the display.

unauthorized use. You must enter
a pass code to unlock it.
Automatically lock your phone
each time it is powered on to
prevent unauthorized use.
Turn on or off automatic
answering of incoming phone
calls after 1-4 rings.
