COMMON DISHWASHING PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS (continued)
UNSATISFACTORY DRYING RESULT
Dishes are not Drying
1) Improper Loading
-Solution: Load the dishwasher as suggested
on the "Preparing and Loading Dishes" section
of the manual.
2) Not enough rinse-aid in dispenser
-Solution: Increase the amount of rinse aid or refill
the rinse aid dispenser.
3) Dishes are unloaded too quickly after wash cycle has ended
-Solution: Once your wash cycle program has ended,
open the door slightly to allow the steam to escape.
Unload the dishwasher once the dishes have cooled.
NOISE PROBLEMS
Knocking Noise in the Wash Cabinet
1) A spray arm is knocking against an item in
the dishwasher.
-Solution: Pause the program and rearrange
the items that are obstructing the spray arm.
Rattling Noise in the Wash Cabinet
1) There are loose dishes which have been incorrectly
placed.
-Solution: Interrumpt the program and rearrange
the dishes correctly.
Knocking Noise in the Water Pipes
1) This many be caused by improper dishwasher
installation or the cross-section of the piping.
-Solution: This is not an issue caused by your
dishwasher. It is most likely an issue with the
pipes. Contact a qualified plumber for
assistance.
ERROR CODES
E1:
Longer Inlet Time: Faucet is not turned on, water intake is
restricted or water pressure is too low
E4:
Overflow: Dishwasher leak
E9:
Button is being pressed for more than 30 seconds: There
may be water or some other particles on the button.
