Headphones

You can connect stereo headphones with
a 3.5 mm jack plug to the HEADPHONE
jack (14).
The speakers automatically switch off
when headphones are connected.
WARNING
Risk of injury/damage!
Lower the volume before you pull out the
headphone plug out again; otherwise,
the speakers may emit unexpected high
sound pressure. This could injure your
hearing or damage the device.

Connecting to a power supply

1. Push the required mains adapter onto
the AC adapter plug
place:
"Euro plug" for Germany and many
other EU countries.
"Type G" for Great Britain, Ireland
and many other Commonwealth
countries.
2. Insert the small plug of the mains
adapter into the jack (12).
3. Insert the mains adapter in an easily
accessible mains socket.
If the sensor button
red, the MusicStation is operational.
The time will flash on the display indi-
cating that the clock must be set (see
section "Setting the time").
