PROBLEM

No display.
Displays only '0000'.
Function buttons won't

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Low voltage.
1. Haphazard memory.
1. Poor contact of battery.
2. Low voltage.
1. Short-circuit of zero setting spring
and slider signal source.
1. Distortion of springs from
over-pressing.
SOLUTION
1. Replace battery.
1. Take battery out, wait thirty seconds,
then re-insert it.
1. Improve battery contact.
2. Replace battery.
