8.1

Eliminating "sensed" faults

A "sensed" fault can have various causes, which
can usually be eliminated with simple steps.
If it is too cold or hot for you, the following table
will help you eliminate these "sensed" faults.
Problem
Required room

Heat-up takes too long. Heat-up speed set too low.
Required room
temperature greatly
exceeded.

Cause
Thermostats on the radiators are set
too low.
Heating levels set too low.
Supply temperature control
boiler set too low
Air in the heating system.
It may be that the solar optimization
for the assigned part of the heating
system is set too high.
Radiators become too hot.
Installation site of the remote control
unfavorable, e.g. external wall, close
to window, in a draft, ...
Temporary influence of external heat
on the room, e.g. through solar
radiation, lighting, TV, fireplace etc.
Remedy
Set thermostat(s) higher.
Set the desired room temperature
using the Heating levels menu
option for "Comfort".
