4. Remove the palm-rest assembly (see

7. Remove the Mini-Card(s) (see
 
8. Remove the hard-drive assembly (see
 
9. Remove the coin-cell battery (see
 
10. Remove the processor fan and heat-sink assembly (see
 
11. Remove the display assembly (see
 
12. Disconnect the AC-adapter connector cable from the connector on the system board.
 
13. Disconnect the speaker cable from the connector on the system board.
 
14. Remove the six screws that secure the system board to the computer base.
