2. MAP DATABASE UPDATES

UPDATE MAP

Map data can be updated using a USB
memory that contains map updates.
For details, contact Toyota dealer or
refer to
(www.my.toyota.eu).

Open the cover of the USB/AUX port
and connect a USB memory.
The USB/AUX port is located on the
instrument panel, or in the console box or
glove box etc. The location and design are
different depending on the vehicle. For
details, see the Pictorial index of "Owner's
Manual".
The following screen is displayed auto-
matically when map update data is
detected.
Display audio_Ext_EE
Toyota's portal site

Touch "Yes".

Touch "Confirm".

The update will start.
NOTICE
Observe the following precautions when
updating the map data.
• Do not remove the media device con-
taining the update data until the update
process is complete.
• Do not turn the engine switch off until
the update process is complete.
INFORMATION
The amount of time required to complete
the update process depends on the size
of the data.
