Encrypted Print Settings

Enables you to specify settings relating to encrypted secure printing.
Paper Type Management Settings

Enables you to register up to 200 paper types with new names other than the default paper types
registered in the machine.

PDL Selection (PnP)

Enables you to specify functions suitable for the fax board or printer kit installed in the machine.
Enables you to detect and install drivers, from your computer, that are compatible with the specified
functions.
Settings for All User Inboxes
See the Reference Guide Chapter 6
Enable you to specify settings for the time until documents in all of the user inboxes are erased
automatically, as well as whether to print upon storing from the printer driver.
Restrict Printer Jobs
See the Reference Guide Chapter 6
Enables you to specify whether to restrict printer jobs so that they can only be stored in user
inboxes.
Color Mode for Copy
See the Reference Guide Chapter 6
Enables you to set restrictions for the color mode of copy jobs.
*11 Displayed only if the Encrypted Printing Software is activated when the printer function is
available for use.
*12 Displayed only when at least two of the following options are available for use.
- When two of the UFR II, PCL, or PS printer functions are available for use.
