List of Extended Functions

To access each function, press the [Function] button, then the relevant button.
Pressing the [Beat] or [Tempo] button will shift the selected function.
[Function] button -----------------------------------
Using this button, call up the extended functions for
these buttons.
[Piano] button ---------------------------------------
Extension 1:
Changes the HP 535's standard pitch
(p.42).
[E.Piano] button -------------------------------------
Extension 2:
Selects the tuning (p.40).
[Harpsi] button --------------------------------------
Extension 3:
Selects the keynote of the tuning (p.40).
[Vibes] button ---------------------------------------
Extension 4:
Changes the pianoÕs tuning curve
(p.42).
[Organ] button --------------------------------------
Extension 5:
Assigns different functions to the
sostenuto pedal (center pedal) (p.43).
[Strings] button -------------------------------------
Extension 6:
Sets the MIDI Send channel (p.51).
[Choir] button ---------------------------------------
Extension 7:
Switches Local On/Off (p.52).
[GS Tones] button ---------------------------------
Extension 8:
Sends program changes (p.52).
[Reverb] button -------------------------------------
Extension 9:
Changes the reverb depth (p.42).
[Chorus] button -------------------------------------
Extension 10: Changes the chorus depth (p.43).
Extension 11: Adjusts the damper pedal resonance
(HP 535 only) (p.44).
[Pianist] button -------------------------------------
Extension 12: Changes the volume balance between
what is played on the keyboard and
the automatic accompaniment (p.46)
[Split] button -----------------------------------------
Extension 13: Changes the split point (p.45).
[Key Touch] button --------------------------------
Extension 14: Changes the volume balance of the two
tones in Dual Play (p.45).
[Metronome] button -------------------------------
Extension 15: Changes the metronome volume (p.46)
Extension 16: Changes the type of metronome sound
(HP 535 only) (p.47).
Extension 17: Changes the metronome pattern
(HP 535 only) (p.47).
[Song] button ----------------------------------------
Extension 18: Turns the beat indicator light on and
off (p.48).
Extension 19: Turns the bouncing ball on and off
(HP 535 only) (p.48).
Extension 20: Switches the language displayed on
teh screen between Japanese and
English (HP 535 only) (p.48).
[Transpose] button --------------------------------
Extension 21: Transposes the keyboard (p.22).
[Play] button -----------------------------------------
Extension 22: Transposes the song (p.40).
[Rec] button ------------------------------------------
Extension 23: Sets whether or not recorded songs are
sent to external MIDI devices (p.51).
