Section 3 - Using Your Boat contains important
fueling information. Take time to read all the fuel
related information in the owner's manual.
Fuel lines, filters and all fuel system components
should be checked at the start of each season and
periodically thereafter, particularly after any work
has been done aboard the boat which might have
affected any part of the system. Be certain that all
are in proper condition and that the entire system is
fuel tight. Each fuel tank has manual shut-off valves
on the top of the tank to close off the fuel system in
case of leakage or line failure.

The 44 DB standard fuel system consists of two
(2) aluminum fuel tanks with a capacity of 175
gals. (662.45 liters) each, for a total capacity of
350 gals. (1,324.9 liters). The port and starboard
fuel tanks are connected directly to their
respective engine through the port and starboard
Racor
fuel filters.
