7-2 Assembly and Adjustment
(1) Hang the timing belt on the belt driving pulley and belt driven pulley.
(2) Insert the timing belt into the carriage.
(3) Temporarily fasten the belt tension plate while gently stretching the timing belt. (2.5mm screw
x
2)

Adjust the tension of the timing belt.
• Using the hole in the belt tension
plate,
adjust it to its rating on the spring scale.
[Standard value]
1300gr ±50gr
(5) Tighten the lock screw after the adjustment and paint the screw to lock it.
