Notes: HP PCL5c mode: controls what
happens when a memory overflow/
print overrun situation occurs. OFF =
printer remains offline until you press
Recover. ON = printer returns to the
online state automatically 15 seconds
after it goes offline.
PostScript mode: this setting is
ignored. When a memory overflow/
print overrun situation occurs, the
ATTENTION light comes on until the
print process is completed. It then
automatically goes out and the printer
returns to the online state.

WAIT TIMEOUT

OFF
Range 5 to 300 SEC, default: 90 SEC*
Notes: Sets the length of time the printer waits for
additional data to be received.
HP PCL 6 mode: If the amount of time selected
passes before the printer receives additional
data, the printer prints any data it has in the
buffer and resets.
PostScript mode: If the amount of time selected
passes before the printer receives additional
data, the printer cancels the print job
immediately and resets without any further
printing.

MANUAL TIMEOUT

60 SECONDS*

30 SECONDS
Notes: PostScript mode only. Sets the amount of time
the printer waits for paper to be loaded in the
Manual Feeder before cancelling the print job.
