ATTENTION: Clogged filters or vacuum hose will
cause vacuum motor to overheat. The electronic
will protect the motor by reducing the speed
significantly.
5. Inspect vacuum hose for air leaks, replace if
damaged.
6. Inspect cover seal for leakage, replace if worn.
7. Clean machine with an all purpose cleaner and
damp cloth as needed.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

PROBLEM
Machine will not operate.
Poor vacuum suction.

CAUSE
Main power switch is in the off position.
Loose power supply cord connection.
Faulty power supply cord.
Overheated motor.
Faulty main power switch.
Loose wiring.
Worn carbon brushes.
Faulty vacuum motor.
Loose vacuum hose or attachment tool
connection.
Hose nozzle air suction regulator is open.
Loose vacuum hose cuff.
Obstructed vacuum hose or attachment
tool.
Full filter bag.
Damaged vacuum hose.
Clogged filters.
Unlatched bag compartment cover.
Damaged bag compartment cover seal.

8. Every 500–600 hours of operation, check the
vacuum motor carbon brushes for wear. Replace
the brushes when worn to a length of 10mm (0.38
in) or less. Contact Service Center for carbon
brush inspection.

STORING MACHINE

Before storing machine, neatly coil power cord, clean
or replace filters and install a new filter bag. Store
machine in a dry area.
WARNING: Do Not Expose to Rain. Store
Indoors.
