COMBUSTION CHAMBER

Secondary heat exchanger:
1
Unscrew screws (B) and remove flue
manifold access cover (A).
Check that all the baffles and retainer are
correctly fitted to the secondary heat
exchanger:
32/50kW*
50/70kW
*Five of the slots do not have baffles.
Combustion chamber:

Remove the retaining nuts and washers (D).
Remove combustion chamber access
door (C).

Remove the transit packaging and ensure
the baffles (E) and baffle retainer (F) are
correctly fitted for the boiler output as
shown in the plan views below.

Refit combustion chamber door (C).
IMPORTANT: Secure with nuts and
washers (D) and tighten gradually in the
sequence (1-6) shown until the chamber
door is firmly secured, do not over tighten
the nuts.
