Once the CAT-5 cable is connected, use a wire tie (or cord or tape) to secure the CAT-5 cable against the
pole or mounting bracket for strain relief. Leave several feet of extra cable so the High Performance Low
Profile PTZ unit has enough slack to turn all the way. For a wall mount, the CAT-5 cable can be wire-
tied to the lower section of the mounting bracket itself. There should always be sufficient slack in the
cable for the unit to go through its full range of pan motion without the cable being caught or bound-up.
