Options during a call
To switch your phone's microphone
back on
Press the [Unmute] Soft key, or press [Options] then select
[Unmute].
To put a call on hold, and return to
a held call
You can put a call on hold whenever you want.
You can make another call while you have a call in progress
if your network service provider supports this service. One
call is active, while the other is on hold. You can also switch
between the calls.
To put a call on hold
Press the [Options] Soft key then select [Hold], or press the
[s] key. The callers name and icon are grayed while the
call is on hold.

To return to a held call

Press the [Options] Soft key then select [Resume], or press
the [s] key again.
To make a call while you are on a call
❶ Enter the phone number that you want to dial or look it

up in Address Book entry.
❷ Press the [s] key to dial the second call. The first call is
automatically put on hold.

To switch between two calls

Press the [Swap] Soft key. The current call is put on hold
and the held call is reactivated so that you can continue
your conversation with the caller.
To end a call
Press the [s] key in the normal way. To terminate all active
calls at the same time while you are in multi-party call,
select [Options] and then select [End All Calls].

Transferring a call

You can transfer or connect the current call to the held call if
your network service provider supports this service, so that
callers can talk to each other. You will be disconnected from
both of them.
❶ During a call, make or answer a call in the normal way
then press the [Options] Soft key.
❷ Press the [u/d] key to highlight the [Transfer] option
then press the [Select] Soft key or [o] key.
The two callers will be connected to each other.
