What to do
Check that
the underside of the CookSurface has
direct unrestricted ventilation to the
room where the CookSurface is installed
nothing is obstructing the air filter mesh
on the underside of the CookSurface
the airway to the CookSurface is not
affected by air movement from outside
the cabinet (drafts from other rooms,
through walls, or outside the building).
Shut the power to the CookSurface off at
the wall, then shut off the gas supply to
the CookSurface and call your Authorized
Service Center or Customer Care.
