Crawl attributes differ somewhat from page attributes—there are simply different functions to
perform as a text slide crawl.
Date/Time/Day Tab allows you to program the crawl, just as with a page, to be valid only on
certain dates and/or times, regardless of the entire
schedule's settings.
The next tab is the CRAWL tab...this tab allows you to
set crawl speed and direction.
Choose the Crawl Speed, SLOW, MEDIUM, or FAST.
Choose the Text Slide Crawl Direction (Right to Left or
Left to Right; Up and Down, or CUT).
Text Slide Direction Definitions:
R>L: Right to Left
Start indicates where the text enters the screen. Dwell indicates where the text pauses on
the screen. Finish indicates where the text exits the screen. The speed of START and
FINISH is set by CRAWL SPEED SLOW, MEDIUM, and FAST. The duration of
DWELL is set by CRAWL DURATION from 1 to 60 seconds.
L>R: Left to Right
Start indicates where the text enters the screen. Dwell indicates where the text pauses on
the screen. Finish indicates where the text exits the screen. The speed of START and
FINISH is set by CRAWL SPEED SLOW, MEDIUM, and FAST. The duration of
DWELL is set by CRAWL DURATION from 1 to 60 seconds.
U&D: Up and Down
Start indicates how the text enters the screen. Dwell indicates where the text pauses on
the screen. Finish indicates how the text exits the screen. The speed of START and
FINISH is set by CRAWL SPEED SLOW, MEDIUM, and FAST. The duration of
DWELL is set by CRAWL DURATION from 1 to 60 seconds. This action occurs within
the CRAWL BANNER.
