Troubleshooting
Problem
The client
connected to the
device cannot
access the
Internet.
The Mobile
Hotspot
configuration
page cannot be
visited.
Recommended Action
• Ensure that your (U)SIM card is
available.
• Change the location and find a
place with good signal.
• Check the settings of the WAN
connection mode.
• Contact your service provider and
confirm your APN settings.
• Enter the correct address.
The default address is
http://192.168.0.1 or http:// mifi.
orange.cm.
• Use only one network adapter in
your PC.
• Do not use any proxy server.
