6.5.2 Remote Backup

To start the software's remote backup for a single site:
Right-click on the site from the site's list and select Remote Backup.
1. Connect to the DVR by confirming the IP address, port number, username and password and pressing 'Connect'.
2. Press 'Create a Directory' to select the backup destination.
3. System Recording Info will indicate the available data on the selected site.
4. Set the start and end date and time for the backup file.
5. Select which channels to include in the backup.
6. Press 'Start Backup'. The status bar will indicate the backup process.
7. You can also refer to the backup status window for text status updates.
When the backup process is completed, "Backup Completed" message will appear
