Heating up the oven for the
first time and rinsing the steam
injection system
New ovens can give off an unpleasant
smell on first use. Heating up the oven
for at least 1 hour with nothing in it will
get rid of this smell. It is a good idea to
rinse the steam injection system at the
same time.
Ensure that the kitchen is well
ventilated during this operation.
Close doors to other rooms to
prevent the smell spreading
throughout the house.
^ Remove any stickers or protective foil
from the oven and accessories.
^ Before heating the oven up, wipe the
interior with a damp cloth to remove
any dust or bits of packaging that
may have accumulated in the oven
cavity during storage and unpacking.
^ Fit the FlexiClip runners (available to
order) to the side runners and insert
all trays and the rack.
^ Fill a container with approx. 150 ml of
fresh tap water.
^ Switch the oven on.
Using for the first time
^ Select the Moisture plus d function.
The lighting will come on.
Aut§ will appear in the display and the
triangle V will flash under *:

^ Touch the OK sensor.
The recommended temperature will
appear in the display with the triangle
V flashing under 6:
^ Use the rotary selector to set the
maximum possible temperature
(250 °C).
^ Touch OK or wait approx. 15
seconds. The setting will then be
automatically saved.
