Using Moisture plus

^ Place the food in the oven.
^ Select Moisture plus
^ Select a temperature.
^ Select Automatic burst of steam or
select the number of bursts of steam.
^ Fill a suitable container with the
quantity of water specified.
Automatic/
1 burst of steam: approx. 100 ml
2 bursts of steam:approx. 150 ml
3 bursts of steam:approx. 250 ml
^ Pull the fill tube forwards (located
below the control panel on the left).
^ Hold a container with the quantity of
water specified under the tube as
shown. Start the water intake process
with "OK".
The amount of water required will be
drawn up into the oven. As the water is
taken in, bars will appear in the display.

The amount of water specified will be
more than the amount which is actually
needed which means that some of the
water will remain in the container as not
all of it will be drawn up into the oven.
When you close the oven door you will
hear the noise of the pump briefly.
