q External input connector (EXT IN)
Use this connector to connect to the recorder using the
provided connection cable.
w Signal ground terminal (SIGNAL GND)
Connect this terminal with the SIGNAL GND terminals of
the devices in the system for signal ground. When operat-
ing the extension unit and the devices in the system with-
out signal ground, oscillation or noise may be produced.
e Power cord inlet (AC IN)
Connect the provided power cord to this inlet.
r [POWER] switch
Turns the power of the extension unit on and off.
t Handle for maintenance
Pull this handle after removing the 5 screws (indicated by
the triangles) to open the rear panel for maintenance such
as replacement of the fan, etc.
y Cable clamp fixing hole
Attach the provided cable clamp to fix the connection
cable. (Page 13)

● Power cord plug brace
Brace the power cord plug.

Fix the power cord plug firmly with the power cord
plug brace.
