Introduction

The I-Onyx
VN-856 is an integrated camera that captures an image and can convert analog video to
®
digital video and transmits the video over the ViconNet
network (using Version 4 or 5 software). The
VN-856 delivers up to 30 fps. This IP camera series includes a high-resolution color model, a day/night
version and a model that offers Wide Dynamic Range (WDR). All versions can be powered by 24 VAC or
Power over the Ethernet (PoE).
The camera's accessory kit includes:
1. Iris lens connector plug for DC drive
2. Ferrite clamp
3. Power connector
4. 6-pin alarm/mic connector
