Removal of Heat sink
ａ. Turn of the power then pull the AC cable out.
ｂ. Remove a side cover.
ｃ. Extract all of a heat sink, CPU, a memory board, a PCI board, etc.
How to remove a heat sink is referring to the following. (Please DO NOT pull up
straight. draw out a heat sink. If it is removed that way, CPU may be taken out with
heat sink. )
1. When removing retention, use a minus
driver or the tool only for removal of a clip,
hook on a hole and remove.
How to remove CPU should be done in the reverse procedure of how to attach a heat sink.

2. Remove retention.
3. Please turn to right and left a little remove
a heat sink. Please DO NOT pull up straight.
