Troubleshooting

Rooms are Too Cold

Cause
The heating system is off
H Control unit incorrectly adjusted.
H The remote control (if installed) is set incorrectly.
Separate operating instructions
Only when operating with DHW heating:
The DHW tank is being heated.
No fuel.
"Burner fault" will be displayed.
"Fault" is displayed. The red fault indicator flashes.
The mixer motor is faulty.

Remedy
- Switch ON the ON/OFF switch on the control units
(see page 9).
- Switch ON the mains isolator, if installed
(outside the boiler room).
- Set the MCB in the power distribution board
(main domestic MCB).
Central heating must be enabled.
Check the settings and correct if required:
- Operating program (see page 13)
- Room temperature (see page 13)
- Time (see page 22)
- Time program, central heating (see page 14)
- Heating curve (see page 14)
Wait until the DHW tank has been heated up.
Reduce the DHW draw-off rate or temporarily reduce
the standard DHW temperature as required (see page 19).
With LPG:
Check the fuel reserves and re-order if required.
With natural gas:
Open the gas shut-off valve. If necessary, check with your
gas supply utility.
Follow the display prompts.
Reset the burner only once.
WARNING
If faults are not rectified, they can have life threatening
consequences. Do not acknowledge fault messages
several times in quick succession. Notify your heating
contractor if a fault recurs. Your heating contractor
will be able to analyze the cause and rectify the fault.
Check what type of fault it is. Acknowledge the fault
(see page 26). Notify your heating contractor if necessary.
Adjust the mixer manually.
