Troubleshooting

Rooms are too Cold

Cause
The heating system is off.
Control unit or remote control incorrectly adjusted.
Only when operating with DHW heating:
DHW priority is enabled.
No fuel.
"Combustion controller" is shown on the display.
"Fault" is displayed, and the red fault indicator flashes.
Mixing valves motor faulty.

Remedy
- Switch the ON/OFF switch ON (see diagrams page 10).
- Switch ON the mains isolator, if installed (outside the
boiler room).
- Reset the fuse/MCB in the power distribution board
(main domestic fuse/ MCB).
Check settings and correct if required:
- "Heating and DHW" must be selected (see page 16).
- Room temperature (see page 17).
- Time (see page 28).
- Time program (see page 18).
Wait until the DHW tank has been heated up.
In the case of operation with an instantaneous water
heater, stop DHW draw-off.
With liquid propane gas:
Check the fuel reserves and re-order if required.
With natural gas:
Open the gas shut-off valve. If necessary, check with
your gas supply utility.
Press R (reset button) see page 15.
Acknowledge the fault (see page 32).
Notify your heating contractor if this fault recurs.
The fault message is displayed until the cause is rectified.
Scan and acknowledge the type of fault (see page 32).
If necessary, notify your heating contractor.
Adjust the mixing valves manually.
Remedy
Check settings and correct if required:
- Room temperature (see page 17).
- Time (see page 28).
- Time program (see page 18).
