Tool Set Up
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OPERATION:
Disengage the Lock ON Button, release the Trigger and unplug the tool from
its electrical outlet before adjusting tool or installing accessories.

1. Loosen the Screws on the Blade Holder.
2. If a Blade is already installed, pull the
old Blade out of the Clamp.
3. Slide the new blade (sold separately) all the way
into the Blade Clamp opening with the teeth
pointing forward and the back of the Blade pressed
against the center recess of the Guide Wheel.
4. Tighten the Screws to secure the Blade in place.
5. Pull the blade straight down with a gloved hand
to check that the blade is secured in place.
1. Loosen the two Screws on the
bottom of the Baseplate.
2. Pull the Baseplate out and tilt it to the desired
angle between 0° and 45° to the right or left.
3. Tighten the Screws to secure the Baseplate in place.
