- IMPORTANT - WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
For machines with a single phase motor (240 volt or 110
volt) the mains lead is to be connected in accordance
with the following colour code:
Green and Yellow
Brown
3-Phase Motors (415 Volts)
Machines fitted with 3-phase motors are connected to the mains using a 5-pin industrial appliance-inlet/connector to
BS 4343 (IEC 309).
Ensure it is wired and connected only by a qualified electrician.
IF IN DOUBT - CONSULT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN!

If your machine is supplied with a continental 2-pin +
earth safety appliance inlet, the connector is to be wired
up as follows:
SPECIFIC SAFETY
1.
Ensure you follow the safety rules shouwn in the
operation manual.
2.
Ensure you know how to switch off the machine in
an emergency.
3.
Always wear eye protection.
4.
Do not use a crrcular sawblade smaller then 6/10 of
the maximum diameterblade which can be properly
fitted (see table below).
5.
Ensure the riving knive is correctly atjusted. When
replacing the blade, enjure the blade plate is thinner
than the riving knive.
6.
Always use a push stick in accordance with the
woodworking machine regulations 1974.
7.
Ensure guards are always in position and correctly
atjusted (see 1974 regulations for guidance).
