n Installing dry batteries in the remote control
When using the TV set for the rst time, install the supplied batteries in the remote control.
Inserting Batteries

Note :
• Remove batteries if weak or if the unit is not in use for long periods.
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• In correct installation of the batteries may damage the remote control.

CHANNEL SELECT buttons (

• Returns to previously viewed channel.

VOLUME UP ( ) / VOLUME DOWN (
• Used to adjust the volume.
• These are also used for MENU setup.

• Press ð Mutes sound.
• Press again ð Restores sound to the previous
level.

• Used to call the MENU screen.

With your thumb nail, pull up the slit as indicated by the
arrow to remove the back cover.
Insert two batteries (size "AA"). Be sure to match the
battery terminals with the
compartment.
Put back the battery cover.
