Erasing the phone number stored in
the directory
Base phone:
1 Press and
directory
receiver placed on the base phone until
the number you wish to erase is
displayed.

call is not in progress until the number
you wish to erase is displayed.

Making calls from the phone
directory
Base phone:
1 Press and

the number you wish to dial is displayed.
2 Pick up the receiver.
The displayed phone number will be dialed.
Handset:
1 Press or dialing buttons when a
directory
call is not in progress until the number
you wish to dial is displayed.
2 Press .

The displayed phone number will be dialed.
Recalling phone numbers stored in the directory
Base phone:
Press . Then press
directory
will display a stored number in the order of
program number and each press of
the previous one.
When a number with the name recorded for name
announcement is displayed, the name will be
announced.

Press . Each press of the button will display a
directory
stored number in the order of the names: "katakana"
t letters of the alphabet t numbers t marks.
When the first 4 letters are same, they are displayed
in the stored order.
Checking a phone number
Base phone:
When the phone number consists of more than 8
digits, only the first 7 digits will be displayed. To
display the rest of the digits, press
display.
(If the number is longer than 8 digits and shorter
than 12 digits, the whole number is displayed
automatically after one second.)
Handset:
The name is displayed first. To display the phone
number, press . If the number is longer than 12
digits, only the first 10 digits will be displayed. To
display the rest of the digits, press
display. To return to the previous display, press
.
When no telephone number is stored in the
phone directory
Base phone:
" – " is displayed for 5 seconds. If you wish to return
to the previous display, press
Handset:
"トウロクサレテイマセン" is displayed for 5
seconds. If you wish to return to the previous
display, press .
