7.08 Removal of burner
• Isolate as and electricity supplies
• Remove outer case two screws bottom rear
corners
• Remove room sealed cover
• Disconnect i nition and flame recti cation
leads "A"
• undo as rail union "B"
• Undo two screws securin the burner assembly
to the boiler combustion chamber "D"
• Withdraw the burner assembly
7.09 Injectors
• Proceed as 7 08
• Remove xin screw "C" on both
sides of as collector
• Remove as collector
• Unscrew and remove injectors;
• Clear or chan e injectors
7.10 Removal of fan
• Isolate as and electricity supplies
• Remove outer case two screws bottom rear
corners
• Remove room sealed cover
• Disconnect fan electrical leads "A"and note
positions
• Disconnect air pressure tubes from air pressure
switch "B" note positions
• Undo two screws securin fan assembly "C"
• Remove fan from boiler
• wap mountin plate over to new fan
in reverse order
7.11 m t t ermostat or over eat cut off
t ermostat 7
• Isolate electricity
• Remove outer case two screws bottom rear
corners
• Remove room sealed cover
• Identify the location of thermostat from
• Pull out thermostat from tube with its sprin
• Remove electrical connections from thermostat
• Remove sprin from thermostat
• Replace in reverse order
