7.05 Gas valve
• Isolate as and electr c ty suppl es
• Remove outer case two screws bottom rear corners
• Remove the two secur n screws
and lower control panel
• D sconnect electr cal connect ons from valve "A"
• D sconnect plast c tube "C"
• Loosen the connect on "D" on as p pe and the as
nlet connect on of the bo ler "E"
• Remove the two x n screw "E" below as valve
• Sl de out as valve
• Remove four x n screw " " on top of
the valve and d sconnect the as p pe
• Remove bottom connect on from as valve
• t top + bottom as connect ons to the new as valve
and replace n reverse order
7.06 Air pressure s it
• Isolate electr c ty
• Remove outer case two screws bottom rear corners
• pen room sealed department
• Remove the two screw "A" x n a r pressure sw tch
• D sconnect electr cal leads " "
• Remove pressure sens n tubes wh te D Red C
• ote relevant pos t ons of all connect ons and
replace n reverse order
7.07.1 D.H.W. temperature sensor or Central Heating Temperature Sensor
• Isolate electr c ty and water suppl es
• Remove outer case two screws bottom rear corners
• Remove the two secur n screws and lower control panel
• Ident fy the sensor from
• D sconnect electr cal connect on to the sensor
• Dra n the affected serv ce e ther D
• nscrew the sensor
• Replace n reverse order

• Remove outer case two screws bottom rear corners
• Remove the two secur n screws and lower control panel
• Ident fy the sw tch from
• D sconnect electr cal connect ons + note pos t ons to the sw tch
• Dra n the bo ler
• nscrew the water pressure sw tch
• Replace n reverse order

• Release the outlet un on to the valve and undo the valve
un on connect on
