17.0 TELETEXT OPERATION
TO ENTER TELETEXT MODE
Select a channel that is broadcasting Teletext.
Press the "TEXT" button on the remote control to enter Teletext mode.
To exit Teletext mode press the button again.
The functions listed below are all under the Teletext mode, there are also four Teletext buttons
located on the remote control.
PAGE SELECTION
To go to a specific Teletext page, simply input the desired page number using the number buttons on
the remote control.
You can also sequentially change the pages by using the "CH+" or "CH-" button.
HOLD
Some Teletext information is contained in more that one page and the
pages will automatically change after a short time.
To hold the current page simply press the "HOLD" button.
To cancel the hold function press the button once more.
REVEAL
To view a hidden answer in Teletext mode simply press the "REVEAL" button.
To return to normal simply press the same button again.
CANCEL
If a selected page is taking a long time to find, you may return to the normal TV mode until it is found.
Press the "CANCEL" button to return to normal TV mode.
When the selected page has been found the page number will appear at the top of the screen.
Press "CANCEL" again to return to the Teletext page.
