NOTE: Only follow these instructions if you have lost your Install CD,
if you have your CD please turn over for instructions.
1. Install
a. Connect the yellow Ethernet cable to one of the 4 yellow Ethernet ports found at the back of the
modem. Connect the other end of the cable to an available Ethernet port on your computer.
b. Connect the gray telephone cable to the gray port on the back of the modem and connect the other
end to the telephone port on your wall*.
c. Connect the power cord to the back of the modem and insert the plug pack into a power point. Then
power ON the modem.
2. Configure
a. Open a web browser and in the address bar type 192.168.1.1
b. When it asks for a username and password enter: Username: admin, Password: admin.
c. On the left hand side of the screen click on Quick Setup link.
d. In the PPP Username box enter your Username (This will be supplied by your ISP).
e. In the PPP Password box enter your Password (This will be supplied by your ISP).
f. Click on the button named Save/Reboot.

3. Check

a. Once the modem has rebooted, open up your web browser and type www.netcomm.com.au into your
browsers address bar, if the page loads you are connected to the Internet!
