Connecting the external power supply equipment

When using the transceiver as a fixed station, use an external power source.
Cautions
z Use an external power source capable of supplying DC 13.8 V, a current capacity of 20 A or more.
z Make sure to switch OFF the power of the external power source before connecting.

Connect the DC power supply cable to the external power supply equipment.
Connect the red wire (+) of the supplied DC power supply cable to the positive (+)
terminal of the external power source, and the black wire (−) to the negative (−)
terminal of the external power source.

Connect the DC power supply cable to the main body.
Plug into the connector of the main body power cable until it clicks.
