Functional Description
Termination
Diode connections to external SMBus microcontroller for
monitoring IC thermal characteristics.
These balls are only for maintaining pin-compatibility with earlier
generations of AMD IGPs or chipsets. They can either be
connected to a 3.3V rail or left unconnected on RX881 systems.
Pin Description
Connect these pins to ground.
