Controls and features
Bonnet
Swivel the Ford badge in the
radiator grille to the side and turn
the key first anticlockwise (1).
Raise the bonnet slightly and turn
the key fully clockwise (2) to open
the bonnet.
Remove the key
immediately after opening
and swivel the Ford badge back.

CENTRAL DOOR LOCKING
SYSTEM
The central locking system can be
activated from the driver's or front
passenger's door. It operates only
when the front doors are closed. It
is activated from the outside with
the key or from inside by
depressing the locking button on
the door handle.
When locking the vehicle using the
key, the direction indicators will
flash twice. On vehicles with double
locking, they will not flash. When
unlocking, they will flash once.
The luggage compartment remains
locked.
Note: The central locking system
can only be activated from the
driver's door on vehicles with radio
frequency remote control.
