Roadside emergencies
• When jacking the front of the
vehicle on a flat surface, wedge
the chock between the ground and
tyre of the diagonally opposite rear
wheel, so that the chock is under
the rear of the wheel.
• When jacking the rear of the
vehicle on a flat surface, wedge
the chock between the ground and
tyre of the diagonally opposite front
wheel, so that the chock is under
the front of the wheel.
• If parking on a slope is
unavoidable, wedge the chock
between the ground and the tyre of
the diagonally opposite wheel, so
the chock is under the downhill
side of the wheel.

Jacking points
The jack must only be used on the
jacking points specified below.
The front jacking points are located
15 cm from the front end of the
sill

The rear jacking points are located
38 cm from the rear end of the
sill

Additional jacking points
