Procedure 1: Diagnostic test

Procedure 1:
1.> Copy test program "m-tool.exe" into test unit "Operate System Disk"
2.> Enter into Windows, then click Star menu & run "CMD"
3.> Key in command "mtool conf"
It will show 3G conf information, including 3G module name & FW & IMEI and SIM card
IMSI.

Procedure 2:
Connector and replacement check
The 3G antenna, 3G unit or system board may be disconnected or damaged. Disassemble the
computer following the steps described in Chapter 4, Replacement Procedures, and perform
the following checks.
