Answering system settings
To record a new outgoing announcement:
Using a cordless handset:
1. When the handset is in idle mode, press MENU/
main menu.
2. Press q

/�ELECT again to select Announcement.

/�ELECT to select Record annc. The system
MENU
announces, "Record after the tone. Press 5 when you are
done."
5. Speak towards the handset to record your announcement.
Press 5 to end recording. Your recorded announcement plays.
To listen to the recorded announcement again, scroll to �lay annc and press
/�ELECT.
