Protecting Your Personal Information

This printer allows you to store names, telephone numbers, and email addresses in its memory even when the
power is turned off.
If you give the printer to someone else or dispose of it, erase the memory by selecting Menu > System
Administration > Restore Default Settings > Clear All Data and Settings on the control panel.
