POP authentication failed and a transmission error occurred due to
SSL-encrypted communication error when using POP before SMTP.

communication failed.

An error occurred because SSL encryption could not be started due to the
incompatibility of the encryption algorithms used on the machine and on the
SMTP server.
Check the server certificates and the settings on the SSL client.
The machine is configured to receive SSL-encrypted data only. ('SSL' is
selected for <Allow SSL (SMTP Receive)> in the E-mail/I-Fax setting.)
