Auto Shutdown Time

You can set the machine to automatically shut down. The machine automatically
turns OFF the main power switch after the specified period of idle time has elapsed
since entering the Sleep mode. Auto Shutdown Time can be set from one to eight
hours in one-hour increments, and can also be set to zero (Off).
IMPORTANT
When the optional Super G3 Fax Board-AG1 is attached to the machine, be sure to
set the Auto Shutdown Time setting to zero (Off).
NOTE
• If <0> is selected, the Auto Shutdown mode is not enabled.
• If the machine has delayed send jobs (jobs stored in memory to be sent at the time
specified by the timer), the timer for the Auto Shutdown Time will start after the delayed
send jobs are sent.
• If the machine is operated from the Remote UI (including the Import/Export function)
while the machine is in the Sleep mode, the timer for the Auto Shutdown Time setting
is reset and the timing of the shutdown will be delayed.
• The default setting is '4 hrs'.
