G. Non-Combustible Materials Specifi cation
Material which will not ignite and burn are those consist-
ing entirely of steel, iron, brick, tile, concrete, slate, glass
or plasters, or any combination thereof. Materials that are
reported as passing ASTM E 136, Standard Test Method
for Behavior of Materials in a Vertical Tube Furnace at
750
o
C, shall be considered non-combustible materials.
H. Combustible Materials Specifi cation
Materials made of or surfaced with wood, compressed paper,
plant fi bers, plastics, or other material that can ignite and
burn, whether fl ame proofed or not, or whether plastered or
unplastered shall be considered combustible materials.
I. Electrical Codes
NOTICE: This appliance must be electrically wired and
grounded in accordance with local codes or, in the absence
of local codes, with National Electric Code ANSI/NFPA
70-latest edition or the Canadian Electric Code CSA
C22.1.
• A 110-120 VAC circuit for this product must be protected
with ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection, in compliance
with the applicable electrical codes, when it is installed in
locations such as in bathrooms or near sinks.
