To edit a directory entry
Press the Dir options
Dir
button.
Press the DOWN

navigation button to scroll
to the entry you want.
Press the Option button.
Press the DOWN

navigation button until
EDIT ENTRY is displayed.
Press the OK options
OK
button.
Press the Clear options
Clear
button and re-enter if you
want to make changes to
the name.
Press the Save options
Save
button.
Press the Clear options
Clear
button and re-enter if you
want to change the
telephone number.
Press the Save options
Save
button.
ENTRY SAVED is displayed
on the handset and you
will hear a confirmation
tone.
Press the RED PHONE
button to return to the
idle display.
To delete an entry
Press the Dir options
Dir
button.
Press the DOWN
M
navigation button to scroll
to the entry you want.
Press the Option button.
Press the DOWN
M
navigation button until
DELETE ENTRY is
displayed.
Press the OK options
OK
button.
DELETED is displayed and
you will hear a
confirmation tone.
Press the RED PHONE
button to return to the
idle display.
