To insert a pause in the
directory
Press and hold the
button until a P appears
on the display.
To dial a name and number
in the directory
Press the Dir options
Dir
button.
Press the DOWN
M
navigation button to scroll
through the names listed
in alphabetical order.
Select the required name.
Or
Enter the first letter of
the name you want e.g.
3
for Emma, press 3 twice
to search for names
beginning with E. Again
scroll through the names
beginning with E using
the DOWN navigation
M
button to select the
required entry.
Press the GREEN PHONE
button. The number will
be displayed and dialled.
To view a directory number

Press the Dir options
button.
Press the DOWN
navigation button to
scroll through the menu
until the required entry
is displayed.
Or
Press the first letter of the
name you are looking for.
Press the Option button.
Press the DOWN
navigation button until
SHOW NUMBER is displayed.
Press the OK options
button.
The number is displayed.
Press the RED PHONE
button to return to the
idle display.
